"Jerk Fire" is a lovely warm aromatic Jerk-style seasoning/dry-rub made from a special blend of herbs & spices and of course our HOT CHILLI flavours, provided by dried Ghost Pepper Powder & Chaotian Powder! 

Delicious as a 'dry rub' applied to meat as a seasoning before cooking (use oil or mustard to help it stick to the meat) OR mix it with oil to make a tasty marinade, perfect for leaving chicken in before cooking (an hour is ok, but overnight in the fridge is even better, for more tender meat & flavour absorbtion).

Each order comes in a heat-sealed, resealable pouch with at least 125g of seasoning mix.

In order to make the shipping process faster and simpler we also ask that if you would like to order aything else (ie Vinyl & CDs) from the webstore please do it as a separate transaction (with the exception of any merch, T-shirts etc - they go separately anyway) as the bottles are already packed up in individual boxes, and shipping them with say, one 12" vinyl would end up with a bendy record once it reaches you! :-)
