You may have to pay import duties in Countries outside the EU - we aren't responsible for these charges. (Though we haven't had any cases of this happening in the last 5 years.)

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. UK 2-3 days. Europe 5-7 days. ROW 10-14 days.
