'TRICK OR HEAT' is a super limited hot sauce we made especially for the Holiday season & Halloween! While our normal hot sauces are famous for their tropical fruity flavour coming from peaches, mango & apricot, we thought it would be fun to make some where the fruityness comes from Pumpkins - and to make this extra special we smoked the pumpkins over hickory wood for 2 hours before cooking it up in the sauce!

The heat comes from a selection of our fresh harvest of home-grown superhot chillies: Scorpion Moruga, Trinidad 7 Pot Lucy hybrid & Jamaican Red).

TECHNICAL STUFF

Our sauce is acidic enough to be considered 'shelf stable' (and great care is taken sterilising the bottles & following strict hygene procedured during bottling). Best before 6 months. Once open keep refrigerated and use within 1 month.

In order to make the shipping process faster and simpler we also ask that if you would like to order aything else (ie Vinyl & CDs) from the webstore please do it as a separate transaction (with the exception of any merch, T-shirts etc - they go separately anyway) as the bottles are already packed up in individual boxes, and shipping them with say, one 12" vinyl would end up with a bendy record once it reaches you! :-)
