John B's 4th album, entitled 'Future Reference' originally released in 2001. The emphasis on this album is very much on the musical side of Drum & Bass, although it still maintains a hard, dacefloor-friendly edge. All the tracks feature vocals, yet span across many distinct styles, ranging from uplifting, modern hardcore tracks like 'Up all Night' and 'When I'm close 2 U', crazy latin tequila mashup party tunes like 'Ay Caramba!', beautiful, complete songs like 'Forever' (with vocals by John's sister, Hannah) and 'Run out of time' & disco-fuelled, liquid funk tracks like 'Show me the way' and 'B-Mine'.
